The PC simulator “Professional Farmer 2014″ takes the player to the countryside and gives hobby farmers full control in the comfort of their home. Farm management, cultivating fields, planting crops, animal husbandry and buying and selling produce are just a few of the major game elements this simulator offers.
Starting out with a small estate, the player begins their career as an up-and-coming farmer and little by little acquires new fields, tractors, machines and animals, and can either specialize or make use of all options that farming has to offer. The key to success lies in good planning by season, expert knowledge that you acquire throughout the game, and skill and good old-fashioned hard work. As a farmer, the player learns to live with the forces of nature, accept the weather and respond so as to perfect the yield from fields, care for the animals and prepare the budget for new investments. Next Car Game has already been greenlit on Steam Greenlight and preorders for the game were previously available on the game"s website, though it is unclear how much that effort brought in.The Kickstarter campaign for Next Car Game went live today and asks for $350,000 in funding by December 1. At press time, funding stands at $1,506 from 18 backers.
Next Car Game is currently in development for PC, though if funding hits $1.5 million, the game will be released for both or either Xbox One and PlayStation 4.Backers will decide, Bugbear said.The game features "sophisticated" driving mechanics and "in-depth" vehicle upgrading. Demolition derby courses, as well as traditional track races, are included."The publishers are telling us that there is no market for this kind of game; this raw racing game that we want to deliver," Bugbear said. "But we"ve been talking to fans, and we hear your message: the publishers don"t know how it is. There is a market for this game."Next Car Game is scheduled to be released in spring 2014, though a Steam Early Access version will be available for supporters ahead of time.

پچ جدید با عنوان PESEdit 2014 Patch v2.1 اضافه شد.
در صنعت بازی های کامپیوتری، به ورزش فوتبال اهیمت زیادی داده می شود و به همین دلیل است که یک عنوان شبیه سازی شده از آن تا انتشار نسخه جدید، همچنان فروش بالایی خواهد داشت. در این عرصه، 2 عنوان FIFA و PES وجود دارند که هر سال شاهد جدال آن ها هستیم. تا اینجا، FIFA نسبت به رقیب خود از ویژگی ها و صد البته فروش بیشتری برخوردار است و در مقابل، شاهد افت PES نسبت به رقیبش هستیم. اما باز هم کمپانی Konami نا امید نشده و هر سال وعده های مختلفی را به طرفدارانش می دهد تا شاید بتواند دوباره به دوران طلایی خود بازگردد.
پس از معرفی Konami ،FIFA 14 نیز از PES 2014 رونمایی کرد که در مقایسه با نسخه های قبلی تفاوت های زیادی دارد. در نگاه اول، بارزترین تغییر این نسخه، استفاده از موتور استودیوی Kojima Productions یعنی Fox Engine است که همگی با قابلیت های منحصر به فرد آن آشنا هستیم. بجز آن، تیم بازیسازی PES از موتور جداگانه ای، تنها برای پیاده سازی عملیات های فیزیکی تحت عنوان Barycentre استفاده می کند. از مهم ترین ضعف های این مجموعه در نسل هفتم، هوش مصنوعی پایین بازیکنان حریف بود. به طوری که می توانستید در طی یک مسابقه، 10 بر 0 از رقیب پیشی بگیرید! ولی در PES 2014، با استفاده از موتور جدید، گل زدن به حریف سخت خواهد شد. از دیگر ویژگی های بخش گرافیک، می توان به چهره پردازی دقیق و پرجزئیات فوتبالیست ها اشاره کرد که جای شگفتی دارد.Konami اینبار 6 عنصر کلیدی در ذهن دارد که همه آن ها مربوط به فیزیک توپ و بازیکنان می شوند. یکی از تکنولوژی های تازه این بازی، فناوری Trueball است. همان طور که از اسم آن پیداست، با استفاده از این تکنولوژی فیزیک صحیح توپ پایه گذاری می شود. از دیگر کاربردهای این فناوری، عکس العمل های مختلف فوتبالیست با توجه به موقعیت توپ نسبت به شما است که عملکرد مناسبی را پیش رویتان خواهد گذاشت. دومین سیستم استفاده شده، M.A.S.S است که بازیکنان بخش مهمی از این قسمت را تشکیل می دهند. به این صورت که اندازه قد، مقاومت و وزنشان در نوع حرکتی که انجام می دهند، موثر بوده و این مکانیزم واکنش آن ها را تخمین می زند.سیستم دیگری که در PES 2013 معرفی شده بود، با نام ID System شناخته می شود که چیزی حدود 50 حرکت از فوتبالیست های ستاره جهان را می تواند اجرا کند و این تعداد در PES 2014 افزایش یافته است. با ایجاد یک ترکیب جدید، کاربران قادر خواهند بود تا انواع تاکتیک های مختلف را با کمک 2 یا 3 بازیکن در بخش های کلیدی زمین اجرا کنند. اینبار هم از تکنولوژی HEART استفاده شده که با کمک آن، جمعیت حاضر در ورزشگاه، واکنش خود را نسبت به موقعیت بازی و تیمشان نشان می دهند. Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 official abbreviated to PES 2014, also known in Japan and South Korea as World Soccer: Winning Eleven 2014 is an upcoming association football video game in the latest the Pro Evolution Soccer series, developed and published by Konami. The game was officially announced by Konami on March 10, 2013. The game will feature a modified version of the new Fox Engine.It"s slated for a September 19 release date in Europe, and across North America on September 20. The playable demo will become available on September 11 to download.Once again, the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super Cup competitions are fully licensed in the game, and the First Playable UEFA Europa League without entering Master League, Become a Legend, and/or League. For the first time, the game will feature an exclusive license for the AFC Champions League, the Argentine Primera División,Chilean Primera División, Copa Sudamericana, Recopa Sudamericana and Arabic commentary as well, by Rhaouf Khelif of Al Jazeera Sports., also Argentinean commentary, by Mariano Closs and Fernando Niembro and Chilean Commentary by Fernando Solabarrieta and Patricio Yañez of Fox Sports Latinoamérica.
Konami confirmed that rain will not feature in PES 2014 as well as Stadium Editor and Spanish Stadiums due to EA Sports game"s FIFA 14 licences.
Features
PES 2014 is being developed with six key elements in mind that will define the physics and the features of the game.[13] PES 2014 will center everything on the ball: how it moves, and how players use it. Physics of the ball, stature of the player, speed and height of the pass, everything will be taken into account to recreate the most realistic football experience on a home system. Players will be an important part of the game with Motion Animation Stability System (M.A.S.S.), that will increase the realism of physical contacts between players, tackles and decisions taken on the pitch by the AI to have more open games. The audience will have an influence on the performance of the team. On the pitch, the performance of an individual player, good or bad, will also have an effect on the team, giving them a moral boost if he has a moment of individual brilliance; or forcing his teammates to support him if he is not doing well. Introduced in PES 2013, the Player ID system recreated faithfully the movements and skills of about 50 star players. In PES 2014, that number is increased and will also apply to complete squads to replicate a team"s playing style. With the new Combination Plan, users will be able set up a variety of different tactics in key areas of the pitch using three or more players. These players will make very different runs to exploit holes in the defense or midfield, using the flanks, curved runs, or overlapping play to make themselves available.
New for this year, players can now change teams in the master league and coach a national side. All 32 teams in 2013-14 UEFA Champions League will appear in the game too. All 48 teams in 2013-2014 UEFA Europa League will also appear. Players will also be able to create 3rd and 4th kits, rumoured to be included on the Playstation 2 as well. Some third and fourth kits will be official.It is rumoured that PES 2014 will include all national teams from UEFA.Also, The PS2 version will have the same characteristics of the other versions. UEFA Europa League will also appear as a single-mode.
Engine
PES 2014 uses the Fox Engine, a cross-platform game engine built by Kojima Productions. It is believed that this engine is designed for the next generation of video games. The engine was revealed by Konami on June 3, 2011. The engine"s development began after the completion of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. The engine will make it possible for Kojima Productions to develop multiplatform games with a significantly shortened development time and has been described as the first step for the developer to move away from development for a single platform.
The new engine makes use of Havok- "The product of several years of collaboration between Havok and Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., PES 2014 offers advanced Physics, Animation Studio and Cloth technology, for a comprehensive simulation of each on-field player. Each player’s intricate movements are naturally represented according to the individual player’s mass and physique, and each uniform reacts realistically according to the players’ moves and speed.

آپدیت 1.3 بدون نیاز به Orgin مخصوص سیستم های 64 و 32 بیتی اضافه شد.
سال هاست که ساخت عناوین سبک مسابقه ای تبدیل به سنتی بزرگ در صنعت بازی شده اند. یقیناً هر کس که با سبک اتومبیل رانی سرعتی و نبردهای خیابانی با ماشین های لوکس خاطره دارد، نام سری Need for Speedرا می شناسد. این مجموعه با نسخه های 1 تا 3 در نسل چهارم و پنجم شناخته شد. در نسل ششم، Most Wanted و Carbon به بهترین بازی های مسابقه ای Arcade سال تبدیل شدند. اما مدت هاست که از آن شهرت می گذرد و NfS باز هم با ساخت عناوین فرعی نتوانسته محبوبیت سابق خود را بدست آورد. امسال EA قصد دارد تا قسمت دیگری را منتشر کند که شاید باز هم شکستی دیگر توسط این سری رقم بخورد! اما این نسخه که Rivals نام دارد، توسط استودیویی ناآشنا و مستقل به نام Ghost Games ساخته می شود که ادعاهای بسیار زیادی برای تزریق یک سرعت جدید به طرفداران NfS داشته است. در نخستین شایعات، گفته می شد که Black Box سازنده عنوان شکست خورده The Run نیز این نسخه را می سازد، اما بعدها معلوم شد که Ghost Games این بازی را با موتور قدرتمند Frostbite 3.0 می سازد. به Redview County خوش آمدید. مکانی که شباهت زیادی به شهر Hot Pursuit 2010 دارد. در این شهر که 3 برابر بزرگتر از Fairhaven نسخه قبل است، شما به دنبال حریفان خود خواهید رفت، اما اینبار خودتان آن ها را انتخاب می کنید. در Rivals ابتکار عمل بیشتری دست شما است.
به طوری که حتی می توانید با زدن یک دکمه آب و هوای مورد نظر خود را هم تغییر دهید. در Redview County شاهد مسابقات مختلفی خواهید بود. برای مثال، شما در یک مسابقه با 8 اتومبیل دیگر هستید و در همان زمان، می توانید مسابقه دیگری را در همان جاده ببینید. محیط بازی بسیار شلوغ است و هنگامی که مزاحمانی مثل پلیس ها هم حضور پیدا می کنند، جذابیت دو چندان می شود. همچنین سازندگان اذعان داشته اند که شما می توانید مانند نسخه HP در نقش اتومبیل های پلیس نیز قرار گرفته و به تعقیب رانندگان قانون شکن بپردازید. در مراسم E3 امسال شاهد 2 تریلر از Rivals بودیم که اولی جنبه تیزری داشت و دومی به صورت Split Screen Co-op به نمایش درآمد. منبع: پردیس گیم

بسیاری اوقات بعد از نصب انواع نرم افزارها با این پیغام مواجه می‌شویم که برنامه‌ای به نام Microsoft .NET Framework بر روی سیستم ما نصب نشده است و یا نرم افزار به نسخه خاصی از این برنامه نیاز دارد، در نتیجه نرم افزار ما به درستی کار نخواهد کرد و خطاهای متعددی می‌دهد؛ به همین جهت لازم است بدانیم این برنامه چیست و چرا نصب بودن آن تا این حد حائز اهمیت است.

توضیح برخی نکات راجع به نسخه‌های مختلف:
- نسخه‌های 1.0 و 1.1 بسیار قدیمی بوده، در حال حاضر فقط بر روی ویندوز XP پشتیبانی میشود و نصب آن جز در مواقع ضروری پیشنهاد نمی‌شود.
- نسخه‌های 4.0 به بعد از ویندوز XP پشتیبانی نمی‌کنند، در نتیجه جدیدترین نسخه قابل نصب بر روی ویندوز XP نسخه 4.0 است.
- بسته توزیع مجدد «3.5 سرویس پک 1» شامل تمامی نسخه‌ها و آپدیت‌های 2.0 و 3.0 و 3.5 است و در صورت نصب این نسخه نیازی به نصب نسخه‌های 2.0 و 3.0 نیست؛ این بسته به طور پیش فرض بر روی ویندوزهای 7 و 8 و 8.1 از قبل نصب شده و نیازی به نصب مجدد ندارد.
- در ویندوز 8.1 تمامی نسخه‌های این نرم افزار به طور پیش فرض از قبل نصب شده و نیازی به نصب هیچ گونه نسخه‌ای نیست.
- نسخه 4.5.1 قابلیت پشتیبانی از نسخه‌های قبلی 4 را دارد و در صورت نصب نسخه 4.5.1 نیازی به نصب نسخه 4.0 و 4.5 نیست.
- نسخه‌هایی که دیگر کاربردی ندارند و با نسخه‌های بالاتر جایگزین شده‌اند را به علت جلوگیری از سردرگمی کاربران برای دانلود قرار نداده‌ایم.
توضیح مشکل نسخه 3.5 بر روی ویندوز 8 و 8.1:
نسخه‌ی 3.5 این برنامه به طور پیش فرض در ویندوزهای 8 و 8.1 نصب شده است ولی به دلیل استفاده اندک، این نسخه در ویندوز غیر فعال گردیده است و در حالت عادی اجرا نمی‌شود.
وقتی برنامه‌ای را که نیاز به نسخه 3.5 دارد را اجرا کنید ویندوز به شما پیغام می‌دهد که باید نسخه 3.5 فعال گردد و به همین ترتیب ویندوز به اینترنت متصل شده و فایل‌های مورد نیاز خود را از اینترنت جهت راه اندازی نسخه 3.5 دانلود میکند، برای سهولت بیشتر فعال ساز نسخه 3.5 برای هر دو ویندوز 8 و 8.1 قرار داده است تا بدون نیاز به اینترنت بتوانید این نسخه را بر روی سیستم خود فعال کنید.
پیشنهاد میشود فعال ساز نسخه 3.5 را دقیقاً بعد از نصب ویندوز و قبل از نصب هرگونه آپدیت‌های ویندوز انجام دهید.

Common Language Runtime engine

Language independence
.NET Framework introduces a Common Type System, or CTS. The CTS specification defines all possible data types and programming constructs supported by the CLR and how they may or may not interact with each other conforming to the Common Language Infrastructure (CLI) specification. Because of this feature, .NET Framework supports the exchange of types and object instances between libraries and applications written using any conforming .NET language.
Base Class Library
The Base Class Library (BCL), part of the Framework Class Library (FCL), is a library of functionality available to all languages using .NET Framework. The BCL provides classes that encapsulate a number of common functions, including file reading and writing, graphic rendering, database interaction, XML document manipulation, and so on. It consists of classes, interfaces of reusable types that integrates with CLR (Common Language Runtime).
Simplified deployment
.NET Framework includes design features and tools which help manage the installation of computer software to ensure it does not interfere with previously installed software, and it conforms to security requirements.
Security
The design addresses some of the vulnerabilities, such as buffer overflows, which have been exploited by malicious software. Additionally, .NET provides a common security model for all applications.
Portability
While Microsoft has never implemented the full framework on any system except Microsoft Windows, it has engineered the framework to be platform-agnostic, and cross-platform implementations are available for other operating systems (see Silverlight and the Alternative implementations section below). Microsoft submitted the specifications for the Common Language Infrastructure (which includes the core class libraries, Common Type System, and the Common Intermediate Language), the C# language, and the C++/CLI language to both ECMA and the ISO, making them available as official standards. This makes it possible for third parties to create compatible implementations of the framework and its languages on other platforms.
